By accessing or using Reachproof.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reachproof.ai is an influencer campaign monitoring tool that allows agencies and creators to connect Instagram Business or Creator accounts to track post performance, campaign compliance, and engagement analytics.

3. Account Connection

To use the Service, you must connect an Instagram Business or Creator account via Instagram Business Login. By connecting your account, you authorise Reachproof.ai to access your profile information, media data, and insights as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Instagram account. You may disconnect your account at any time through Instagram Settings > Apps and Websites.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only to:

• Monitor and analyse your own Instagram Business account performance.
• Track influencer campaign compliance for campaigns you are authorised to manage.
• View aggregated analytics and insights provided through the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data about other users without their consent.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

5. Data Usage

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

You retain all rights to your Instagram content. We do not claim ownership of any media, captions, or other content accessed through your connected account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Reachproof and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Data from the Instagram API will always be accurate or up-to-date.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reachproof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
